The rewilding process is an individual training process. This is real shit. We build it together. You come to me in Åre. We spend 2 full days together where mix theory with practical ”tests”. We talk through your where you come from, your background, future goal and your passion.

Imagine a ”rewilding scale” where 1 is a 100% a domestic human being and 10 is a 100% wild human being. After these first 2 days we will find where you are at this scale.

//The ”rewilding scale” is no science and shall not be treated as if. It is a tool for the athlete to treasure her self //


Day 1:

09.00 – 12.00

We talk through your background (physically & mentally), where you are today and where you want to go. Your goal. Here we start to build the ”master plan”. In theory.

12.00 – 13.00


13.00 – 16.00

We deeply go through your feet and general movement. You just follow me. I lead. You act.

Day 2:

09.00 – 12.00

In nearly all sports we place one foot ahead of the other. Running! We deeply go through your running technique.

12.00 – 13.00


13.00 – 16.00

We go through the basic wild movement. We make sure you have the wild human success shape and movement in place and/or the exercises to achieve that.

// The basics in wild movement is found within crawling, climbing, walking and running. Certains things within this leads to success and those often have to be replaced on the modern athlete//

We know have the foundation to rebuild you as an athlete. After these 2 full days we continue our journey together where we Skype och talk once a week. This process is a 4 month training process where I give you knew exercises and/or challenges (mentally and physically) a long the way.

You are know on your way back to again become the wild athlete you once where born as.

Including: The 2 days individual rewilding and training process, a 45 minutes, weekly follow up/connection (live in Åre or Skype) 4 month coaching plan…and a life changing journey!
